CORRAL NUMBER 7

Tiger-proof corral number 7 is complete! The idea of corrals to graze livestock in overnight was one that was initially met with resistance by the forest edge communities we work with. Now that they are proven to be an easy and cost effective method of preserving livelihoods we have more demand that we can currently supply with the funding we have! Word is spreading that these are a valuable tool to protect cows from depredation by tigers and there's also the added bonus that they help to keep tigers safe by removing the opportunity for reprisal attacks against their natural instinct! We hope to build an additional six corrals in 2023 with support from our incredibly generous supporters.
